The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share across multiple territories. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Aggressive Sales Strategies: Drive revenue growth and expand market share through innovative sales approaches and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster lasting partnerships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Territory Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive territory plans to grow revenue, accelerate customer adoption, and establish long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- 5+ Years Sales Experience: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share across multiple territories.
- Soldier Systems Domain Expertise: Familiarity with military missions and acquisition processes highly desirable.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to build relationships and influence customers in an ethical and professional manner.
- Fundraising and Capture Practices: Experience with price-to-win strategies, stakeholder engagement mapping, and other capture best practices.
- Languages: English Mandatory, French Highly Desirable.
- A competitive estimated salary of €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A remote-based work environment with occasional travel (30-40% annually) within Europe.
