We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Administrator to join our busy team at The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the administration of new customer surveys, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Scan and upload all surveyor paperwork, maintaining a secure and organized digital record.
- Provide administrative support for Building Control related tasks, including variation of contract paperwork.
- Communicate survey-related issues with customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Perform other administration tasks involved in the processing of customer orders, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support the Installation Manager and service engineers, facilitating effective collaboration.
- Work with customers to arrange installation dates, coordinating schedules to meet their needs.
- Book installations according to the fitting team's schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Liaise with the fitting team on the day of installation to confirm work completion.
- Collaborate with the contracts team for final payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Order additional parts or stock items required for installation completion.
- Book service engineers, surveyors, or quality control visits as necessary.
- Record and upload relevant paperwork on customer files, maintaining a secure and organized digital record.
- Keep customers updated on progress, addressing their queries and concerns.
