We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Wireless Well Solutions team based in Ringwood.
Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating international freight movements, preparing shipping documentation, and assisting with customs clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate international freight movements
- Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists and commercial invoices
- Assist with customs clearance for import shipments
- Maintain shipping registers and files in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Work with business units to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping
- Coordinate the review of products to determine transportation requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and other service providers
- Generate purchase requisitions for freight-related invoices
Requirements
- Extensive experience in logistics or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with SAP is beneficial
