Job Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Wireless Well Solutions team in Ringwood. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating international freight movements, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate international freight movements to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates, for international export cargoes.
- Assist in the customs clearance process for import shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipping registers and files, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure all orders are shipped in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Coordinate the review of products to determine the correct transportation requirements, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and other service providers.
- Generate purchase requisitions for freight-related invoices and liaise with internal and external departments as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in FCPA compliance, preferably within a logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SAP is beneficial.
