About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team and work 1:1 with a student with ASD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to the student, helping them to achieve their full potential and develop essential life skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism and be able to communicate effectively with the student, teachers, and parents.

Job Description:
  • Working closely with the teacher to deliver tailored support to the student
  • Supporting the student's social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and encouragement
  • Assisting the teacher with lesson planning and implementation
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with students with autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of child development and educational principles
