Role Overview

Work Wales is seeking a Support Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities to provide support and assistance to enable them to live independently in their own homes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with individuals and their families
  • Providing emotional support to individuals, including guidance and encouragement to help them overcome challenges
  • Working on a rota basis, including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights, public holidays, and sleep-in duties

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
