  • Financial Support: Assist clients in managing debts and navigating the benefits system.
  • Accommodation Assistance: Help clients find alternative housing and support them in setting up new tenancies.
  • Utility Coordination: Liaise with gas, water, and electricity providers for smooth transitions and continued service.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a client caseload, conducting risk assessments and providing tailored housing support and advice.
  • Community Integration: Encourage and support clients to engage with and integrate into their local communities.
Requirements:
