We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to join our innovative and dynamic team in the Family and Friends Team, Child & Family Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and their families to achieve their full potential.

Our team is focused on providing high-quality support to children and families in need, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

As a Family Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide support groups for carers, review Special Guardianship Support Plans, and provide direct support to children placed in permanent placements.

Our team is dedicated to the development of the SGO service in Swansea, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about being part of this journey.
