We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs at beBee Professionals in Swansea. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support students and help them overcome learning barriers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of strategies to support students with special educational needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
