Family Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a Family Relationship Specialist to join our team at the City & County of Swansea. As a key member of our social work team, you will play a crucial role in building positive and respectful relationships with families, listening to children, and ensuring their voices are heard throughout all aspects of your work.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where staff are valued and encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge. You will be part of a small pod within a larger hub, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
As a Family Relationship Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work creatively and think innovatively about how to build strong relationships with families. You will be committed to your own professional development and take up learning and training opportunities to continue to develop your existing skill and knowledge base.
