District Nursing Professional

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled nurse to join our East Lancashire District Nursing Team.
Main ResponsibilitiesAssist the Clinical Team Leader/Team Sister in coordinating and delivering care in line with District Nursing Strategy nationally and locally.
Visit patients in their own homes, providing high-quality nursing care to a range of patients with varying healthcare needs.
Provide holistic assessments, wound management, health promotion, medicines management, and end-of-life care.
Work contracted hours rotationally across day and night shifts, as reasonably required by the needs of the service.
