Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Nursing and a valid NMC PIN
  • Experience working in a care home environment, preferably with a focus on dementia care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and families
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
