Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-management and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in renal nursing, preferably in a haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
