Renal Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at our Crawley clinic. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney failure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
- Ensure clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
- Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered General Nurse.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
- Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
- Starting Salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.

Please note that clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
You must be able to work clinically in a renal setting.
