Key Responsibilities- Manage the clinic's operations, including staff supervision, training, and development
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
- Prepare the clinic for audits and inspections
- Implement continuous improvement activities to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency
- Manage the clinic's budget and finances, including budget planning and cost control
- NMC registration with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 5 years of experience in haemodialysis, including at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
