About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Dialysis Clinic Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our dialysis clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinic's operations, including staff supervision, training, and development
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Prepare the clinic for audits and inspections
  • Implement continuous improvement activities to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency
  • Manage the clinic's budget and finances, including budget planning and cost control
Requirements
  • NMC registration with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 5 years of experience in haemodialysis, including at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
