Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the dialysis unit, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with Renal Association Standards.
  • Develop and promote good working relationships with staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Train junior members of staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise and guide staff, providing ongoing evaluation and monitoring of their performance.
  • Run audits, reviews, and patient/staff surveys to guarantee company compliance.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs.

Requirements:

  • NMC/HCPC pin.
  • Proven experience within renal care, preferably in a senior role.
  • Post-basic qualification in Renal Nursing, such as a diploma or equivalent.
  • ENB998 qualification or equivalent (teaching/assessing).
  • At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis working at a senior level.
  • Experience managing and leading a team of nurses.
