MediTalent is recruiting for a skilled Clinic Manager to work for our client, a renowned global renal care provider in Burnley. This prestigious organization requires a dedicated professional to lead their bespoke Private Hospital dialysis unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the dialysis unit, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with Renal Association Standards.
- Develop and promote good working relationships with staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Train junior members of staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Supervise and guide staff, providing ongoing evaluation and monitoring of their performance.
- Run audits, reviews, and patient/staff surveys to guarantee company compliance.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs.
Requirements:
- NMC/HCPC pin.
- Proven experience within renal care, preferably in a senior role.
- Post-basic qualification in Renal Nursing, such as a diploma or equivalent.
- ENB998 qualification or equivalent (teaching/assessing).
- At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis working at a senior level.
- Experience managing and leading a team of nurses.
