We are recruiting on behalf of a state-of-the-art, private hospital in Burnley for a Senior Dialysis Nurse. The hospital focuses on renal and dialysis care and is seeking a nurse with experience in this area.
This role is ideal for a Senior Dialysis Nurse looking to take on a leadership position. As a senior team member, you will oversee and mentor junior nurses, requiring strong communication skills.
In this role, you will be supporting patients requiring dialysis treatment, making a significant difference in their lives. You will be working within a well-established and friendly team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC qualified or awaiting your NMC Pin
- Evidence of relevant professional development
- Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management
