Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our renal care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing dialysis.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a General Nurse with the NMC.
  • Experience in renal nursing or a willingness to undergo comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
