We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum's Lewisham clinic. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney failure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing dialysis.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis and related treatments.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in early 2024.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
