Staff Nurse - Crawley Clinical

Diaverum is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Crawley Clinical team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our renal care services.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-care and independence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration as a General Nurse.
  • Experience in renal care, preferably in a haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on patient safety and well-being.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound judgments in a fast-paced clinical environment.
