We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum in Burnley. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centred care to individuals requiring dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for renal patients.
- Monitor and maintain dialysis machines and systems to ensure optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with patients to review pre and post-hemodialysis care, promoting a holistic approach to treatment.
- NMC Registered General Nurse or soon to qualify.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Full-time position with flexible Monday to Saturday shifts.
- Competitive starting salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
