The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general administrative duties, including clearing paperwork, uploading documents to our CRM system, and maintaining our property management database.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the property management team
- Clearing and uploading paperwork to our CRM system
- Taking calls, emails, and post
- Updating and maintaining the property management database
- Organizing and managing paperwork, including filing and archiving
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible and is able to commit to a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
