**Property Management Assistant - Notting Hill - £25,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience**

My client a high-end boutique agency is seeking a Property Management Assistant to join their vibrant and friendly office in Notting Hill. You will be assisting the property manager with their portfolio and the property management administration.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a family feel team promoting personal development in an excellent firm. The individual needs to be personable, fantastic at written communication with attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to get tasks done efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the smooth running of the team by providing property management support with the existing portfolio
- Be the first point of contact for tenants and contractors providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with inspections
- Handling maintenance and booking contractors
- Responsible for maintaining up to date and accessible records on the CRM system
- Handle utility bills
- Organise Gas Safeties, EPC’s and EICR for Managed Properties
- Send inventories, checkouts, and TDS certificate to the tenants
- Handle tenancy deposits
- Book check-ins and check-outs
- Other ad hoc duties to support the property manager

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proven experience within an Estate Agent required, ideally exposure to property management would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Positive approach with a friendly manner
- Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- No Driving License required

**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience
**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
