An **excellent opportunity** has arisen within an **upmarket estate agency** with a **large network of offices** throughout London and internationally. Our client is currently looking for a **Sales and Lettings Administrator** to join their **multi-award-winning company** at their office based in** **Little Venice.**

You will play a** crucial role in the team,** responsible for various tasks, including being the **welcoming face of the office** and providing excellent customer service to all visitors. In addition, you will** support the Sales and Lettings team** by managing incoming calls, handling general administrative duties, and** assisting with the anti-money laundering processes.**

**Responsibilities will include the following**:

- Being the first point of contact for new applicants and clients, providing them with a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they step through the doors
- Inspiring and motivating the team to maintain impeccable office standards, ensuring a pristine and inviting workspace
- Keeping track of key movements via the efficient key log and RPS system
- Taking charge of booking viewings for negotiators, showcasing exceptional properties in their absence
- Playing a vital role in booking market appraisals, laying the foundation for successful property transactions
- Uploading captivating photos, floor plans, and Energy Performance certificates to the systems
- Being the gatekeeper of accuracy by uploading Land Registry records and meticulously verifying information
- Carrying out thorough anti-money laundering checks and verifying identification from relevant parties
- Embracing our client’s stringent anti-money laundering processes to ensure a secure and ethical process.

**Skills and experience required**:

- At least 1 years’ experience working in property administration

The** salary** for this role will be **£25,000, plus a 5% performance related bonus.**
