EA Recruitment are now searching for an Sales & Lettings Administrator for their client, a thriving property company based in Prime Central London dealing with mid to high end clients.

In this role you will be responsible for Lettings administration and Progression, sales admin and some PA duties for the Director.

For this role we require a highly experienced, upbeat Administrator who has the ability to manage a busy workload and support the team.

Interviewing now and offering a £30k - £35k salary per annum.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Sales & lettings Administrator
- Lettings Administration duties
- Ensuring compliance is met and updated (EPC, EICR, inventory checks)
- Conducting right to rent checks on tenants
- ASTs, referencing and file progression
- Statement of accounts
- AML checks
- Sales administration
- Producing marketing materials and uploading to property portals
- Land registry checks
- Ad hoc PA duties

Required skills and expertise:

- 2 - 5 years + experience working within a Sales and Lettings administration role
- Must have excellent standard of written and verbal English
- Excellent communication skills
- IT proficient including MS Office
- Must have a professional and positive approach to work
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- A can-do attitude
- Team player

Salary and Benefits:

- £30k to £35k salary per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
- Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
