**Letting Administrator and Property Manager
- Oakwood-£28,000 - £34,000 Dependant on Experience**
My client, an established independent is looking for a Lettings Administrator and Property manager to join their family feel office in Oakwood. This role would be well fitted for someone who has a strong background in Lettings Administration and wants to takea step into property management.
**Responsibilities**
- Processing new tenancy files from point of offer to move in
- Organising Check Ins, Check Outs, Pre-Tenancy Cleans, EPC's and Gas Safety Certificates
- Handling landlord and tenant enquires
- Managing a portfolio of 70 properties
- Dealing with maintenance queries and contractors
- Serving notices
- Providing general support for the lettings team
- Office management; including filing, ordering supplies and maintenance and presentation of the office
**Skills and Experience required**:
- Strong background in Lettings Administration or Property Management is essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer services skills
- Motivated individual
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
- You must have a full driving licence
**Salary**: £28,000 - £34,000 Depending on Experience
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
