Experienced Lettings Administrator required to join a vibrant and well respected Estate Agency in NW London, with over 30 years’ experience within Residential Sales and Lettings.

With 3 busy offices in NW London, this company is continuing to expand and would love someone to join who can continue to grow with them.

The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for all administrative task relating to the lettings department. Responsibilities include: Booking property viewings, ordering EPC, Photos & Floorplans, producing property details brochures, chasing Terms, AML and references and reporting on outstanding compliance certificates and rents (amongst other duties).
The successful Lettings Administrator will:

- Have at least 12 months Lettings Administration experience within an Estate Agency
- Commit to providing the highest level of customer service
- Have exceptional organizational, time management and prioritising skills
- Possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office package
