Lettings Assistant

We are currently looking for a dynamic Lettings Assistant to join Interlet and be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our landlords and tenants and ensure each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish. If you are a well-spoken individual who is passionate about people, properties and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Property Viewings & Inspections**: Assist senior negotiators with property viewings, booking appointments and other administrative duties
- **Handle Enquiries**: Respond promptly and professionally to queries from prospective tenants and landlords, providing detailed information about available properties and services offered by Interlet.
- **Coordinate Tenancy Agreements**: Assist in the preparation and completion of tenancy documents, agreements and related documentation.
- **Maintain Accurate Records**: Keep up-to-date and precise records of property listings, tenant details, and other relevant data.
- **Support Daily Office Operations**: Assist the Lettings Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the office.
**Required Experience & Skills**:
- **Industry Experience**: No experience required as full training is provided. Previous experience in a similar role an advantage.
- **Organisational Excellence**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- **Exceptional Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a diverse range of clients.
