**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a Lettings Trainee to join our team and kickstart their career in the exciting and fast-paced world of real estate. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are passionate about property management, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow within the industry. As a Lettings Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to become well-versed in all aspects of lettings, working closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand the entire lettings process, from property acquisition to tenant placement.
- Assist in conducting property viewings and liaise with potential tenants to showcase available properties.
- Collaborate with senior team members to create engaging property listings and marketing materials.
- Manage communication with landlords, tenants, and third-party service providers.
- Gain proficiency in utilizing real estate software and tools for property management tasks.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements and related documentation.
- Keep abreast of market trends, rental laws, and industry best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through active participation and a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
