**Job Title**:Lettings Administrator
**Location**: London Bridge, South East London
**Salary**:£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending upon experience)

**Company Overview**:A boutique Estate Agency located within walking distance of London Bridge and Tower Hill stations in South East London. The team who are dedicated to delivering a personalised and professional experience to their clients, are seeking a Lettings and Tenancy Administrator to join their growing team.

**Position Overview**:As the Lettings Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Lettings side of the business. You will work closely with their clients, landlords, and tenants to facilitate the rental process and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Administrator**:

- Tenant Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new tenants and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Tenancy Agreements: Prepare tenancy agreements and other relevant documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants to address queries, concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Compliance: Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes in the property rental industry and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organised records of all tenancies, ensuring data integrity.
- General Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the lettings team, including filing, data entry, and other ad hoc duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A minimum of 1 years experience as a Lettings Administrator or in a similar role within the property industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Lettings software (ideally Reapit) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Understanding of relevant property rental laws and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- A professional and friendly demeanour.
