We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. Based in Yorkshire or Midlands, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with our board to devise and implement growth strategies that align with our vision and long-term objectives.

  • Craft and execute business development plans to identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing significantly to our overall performance and growth.
About You
  • A proven track record in business development within the recruitment sector, with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • A strong existing network within relevant markets and the ability to establish new relationships with ease.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to partner with our delivery team to ensure the highest quality of service.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • An uncapped commission structure, offering unlimited earning potential.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be based in our Yorkshire or Midlands office, where you will have the opportunity to work remotely when desired.
