Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Monotype DACH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the post-Sales business relationships with our growing portfolio of enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer adoption and maximize value from our SaaS offering.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer success, implementation, and technical support needs.
  • Analyze customer utilization data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product team and contribute to the refinement of the product roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to drive new business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer success, client relations, or sales.
  • Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of customer success processes and software solutions.
  • Previous experience in software, technology, publishing, media, and advertising or design market segments is a plus.
