Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Monotype DACH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the post-Sales business relationships with our growing portfolio of enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer adoption and maximize value from our SaaS offering.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer success, implementation, and technical support needs.
- Analyze customer utilization data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate customer feedback to the product team and contribute to the refinement of the product roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to drive new business growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer success, client relations, or sales.
- Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of customer success processes and software solutions.
- Previous experience in software, technology, publishing, media, and advertising or design market segments is a plus.
