Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our team at TK Elevator UK Ltd. As a key member of our Service Administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely recording of safety incidents and customer complaints, processing service requests, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and manage safety incidents and customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process service requests, including additions, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Ensure all relevant documents are attached to group contracts in Navision.
  • Apply endorsements on a monthly basis and send out endorsement prelists.
  • Uplift callout rates on a monthly basis.
  • Invoice service contracts, including checking prelists for errors and manual invoicing.
  • Assist with SAF-related queries and provide support to branches.
  • Monitor and answer emails, including TKE UK Service Centre, Info, and SAF emails.
  • Provide cover for holidays and sickness, including sending monthly reports.
  • Engage in monthly completion of Net Promoter Score customer surveys.

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent document production skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and hardworking.
  • Positive attitude and effective communicator.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
