Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at the NHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specialist assessments of adult service users referred to and under the care of the CRHTT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and deliver clinical supervision groups and individual sessions to CRHT practitioners in line with current good practice and the Trust's supervision policy.
  • Develop formulations of presenting problems or situations that integrate information from assessments alongside other team members.
  • Implement a range of interventions for individuals, carers, families, and groups.
  • Provide specialist professional advice, guidance, and consultation to other professionals contributing directly to service users' formulation, diagnosis, and treatment plan.
  • Undertake risk assessment and risk management for service users within CRHTT, working within Trust and inter-agency policies and procedures, including work with service users deemed as vulnerable adults.
  • Act as lead clinician for undertaking assessments and advising service users and other mental health professionals in matters arising from the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults framework.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering specialist assessments and clinical supervision.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective interventions for individuals, carers, families, and groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within Trust and inter-agency policies and procedures.
