About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead our ENRICH project, which aims to enhance the triaging of prostate cancer patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the project, working closely with primary care teams and establishing a collaborative working strategy to meet the project's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the ENRICH project, including the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Be responsible for leasing with primary care and establishing the project.
  • Line management responsibility of the project team.
  • Collecting data and feedback progress to consultant lead as well as cancer alliance.
