About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Educator to join our Non-Medical Clinical Education team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of education and training programs for Clinical Support Workers (CSWs) across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of education and training programs for CSWs, ensuring alignment with national guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Nurse for CSWs to broaden and deepen the skills and knowledge of CSWs.
  • Work with the education team to deliver and evaluate high-quality education in both classroom and clinical settings.
  • Provide assurance to the Senior Management Team that educational governance and quality are a priority.
  • Support the development of staff within clinical areas, working collaboratively with the non-medical clinical tutor and education team.

Requirements
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC
  • Educated to degree level
