About the Role

The Clinical Education Lead will play a crucial role in driving innovative and effective educational programs for healthcare professionals at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This position requires a strong understanding of the link between education and delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality training and educational programs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior decision makers to identify and understand the educational needs of the Trust and its staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare education and incorporate new techniques, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the quality of learning.
  • Operational delivery of Clinical Education with supportive strategic oversight of the Trust's Share & Educate strategic objectives.
  • Line manage a dedicated team of multiprofessional educators and assure operational delivery of comprehensive training and development service to the Trust's clinical non-medical workforce and non-medical students.
