About the Role

The Clinical Education Lead will play a crucial role in driving innovative and effective educational programs for healthcare professionals at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the education and development team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality training and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational strategies and programs for healthcare professionals within the NHS
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality training and educational programs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior decision makers to identify and understand the educational needs of the Trust and its staff
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare education and incorporate new techniques, technologies, and methodologies to enhance quality of learning
