Clinical Nurse Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Education Team at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a vital role in developing, delivering, and evaluating education and training programs for our staff and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver high-quality education and training programs on palliative care using a flexible, evidence-based approach.
- Act as an education resource for other professionals and support clinical colleagues to develop their knowledge and skills.
- Work with the Head of Education and Practice Development to identify training needs and support the delivery of palliative care and clinical skill training and competencies.
- Participate in the delivery of clinical supervision and restorative/resilience-based supervision.
- Support pre-registration nursing and other students during clinical placements, in conjunction with the clinical teams.
- Registered General Nurse.
- Degree level qualification in Palliative Care or equivalent level of experience.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Teaching qualification or relevant experience.
- Up-to-date knowledge of palliative and end-of-life care.
- Relevant post-registration experience.
- Experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating teaching.
- Experience of multi-professional working.
- UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
