About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Educator to join our Non-Medical Clinical Education team as a Clinical Education Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead education and training for Clinical Support Workers (CSW) across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational lead for non-medical clinical education and support in the Trust
  • Lead, plan, implement and evaluate education and training programmes for learners
  • Facilitate the development of staff within clinical areas
  • Undertake corporate project work and evaluations linked to development, education and educational reports

Requirements
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC
  • Educated to degree level
  • Qualification in education/teaching
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Practice Assessor/Mentor qualification
