About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Educator to join our Non-Medical Clinical Education team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As an Operational Lead for Education and Training, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of education and training programs for Clinical Support Workers (CSWs) across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Nurse for CSWs to broaden and deepen the skills and knowledge of our CSWs.
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of education aligns to the Trust strategy and the Health Education England Quality Framework.
  • Provide assurance to the Senior Management Team that educational governance and quality are a priority.
  • Empower learners to ensure safe person-centered care is their priority throughout their career journey.
