Supporting Education Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Supporting Education Professional to join our team at Polaris Education. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to pupils, promoting their emotional and educational well-being
* Collaborate with the classroom teacher to develop and implement lesson plans
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement
* Assist with the supervision of pupils during non-classroom activities
* Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
* A strong educational background, ideally to A-level, with a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting
* Experience working with pupils with SEMH difficulties
* Ability to take additional responsibility in areas such as food hygiene, forest school, or lunchtime supervision
* Strong behavior management skills and techniques
* Commitment to professional development and willingness to learn
