Senior Estate Administration Specialist

About the Role: Connect Appointments is seeking an experienced Senior Estate Administration Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert guidance on estate administration, wills, and probate matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on estate administration, wills, and probate matters.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Conduct thorough research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case developments.
Requirements:
- Experience as a solicitor or CILEX with expertise in wills, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection matters, trusts, and estate administration.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
