About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling service inquiries, scheduling maintenance visits, and ensuring that our engineers are optimally deployed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and schedule service and maintenance visits.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve service excellence.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently when required.
  • Process payments over the phone accurately.
  • Assist in stock management and ordering supplies.
  • Oversee diary management for scheduled engineering visits.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and processing.
