Your role will involve handling customer queries, promoting our product range, and providing essential administrative support.
**Key responsibilities**
- Manage customer inquiries and schedule service and maintenance visits.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve service excellence.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently when required.
- Process payments over the phone accurately.
- Assist in stock management and ordering supplies.
- Oversee diary management for scheduled engineering visits.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and processing.
