Delivery Professional with Driving

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to become a key member of our team, delivering to our customers across the country. As a Post Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to our customers, requiring a strong sense of community and a friendly face in the community. You will be working independently, using your own initiative to deliver great customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an upbeat, independent, and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working outside in any weather. You will also need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. This is a physical job, but it keeps you fit, and you will be able to develop a career with our company, including our trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes.
We offer market leading pay and benefits, including market leading pay that's 10% above the market average, paid monthly with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate. We also offer 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, full uniform, company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates, and lots of opportunity to develop a career.
