At Monarch Water, we're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Strategist to lead our Demand Planning & Procurement function. As a key member of our Finance and Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize inventory levels, streamline procurement processes, and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Appraising existing tools and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with the Leadership Team to review sales inputs, forecast accuracy, and determine optimal inventory levels.
- Managing procurement relationships, ensuring strong communication, robust ordering, and logistics processes are in place to manage inbound deliveries.
- Identifying and managing obsolete and excess stock, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Developing a culture of continuous improvement within our supplier base and internal stakeholders.
Requirements for this role include:
- Previous experience working in an analytical role, preferably in supply chain or procurement.
- High attention to detail, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.
