Will and Trusts Lawyer

About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Will and Trusts Lawyer to join our team at Connect Appointments. As a Will and Trusts Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate administration matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on wills, trusts, and estate administration matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Conduct thorough research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case developments.

Requirements:

• Experience as a solicitor or CILEX with expertise in wills, trusts, and estate administration law.
• Strong negotiation skills, excellent analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: Based on the location and industry, we estimate the salary for this position to be around £65,000 per annum.
