Job Description

We are seeking a talented and organised individual to join our fast-paced and high-performing team as a Revenue Executive. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and profit associated with rooms from Maybourne through Revenue Management best practices.

Your responsibilities will include adding, maintaining, and reviewing content on all channels, daily review, quarterly audit, and bi-annual training of GDS (database and sell strategy) and website, rate loading, maintenance, and auditing of data across all channels, timely and accurate delivery of 'Business Done' and 'Pick up' sheets on a daily basis, validation of daily & monthly 'rooms' data, and more.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in rate distribution, revenue management, or a related field within the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Experience within the luxury hotel industry would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Oracle R&A, Salesforce, OTA platforms, Cendyn, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
