  • Combine market, shopper, and customer insights to identify opportunities and execute them through outstanding leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure Arla's growth plans are converted into brilliant execution that drives growth, positively impacts shopper behaviors, and builds our dairy credentials.

  • Coaching abilities: Inspire and lead a team to exceed performance expectations and develop a high-performing commercial team.
